Hello Friends,George Lucas Museum @ Henry J. Kaiser Building?!?

Oakland Councilwoman, Rebecca Kaplan wants George Lucas, the famed director of Star Wars, to consider the Henry Kaiser Convention Center as a George Lucas Movie Memorabilia Museum!

What does this have to do with Biomanufacturing?   Jango Fett was the origin of the Clone Troopers, if  I recall correctly. Besides This location is directly across from the Laney campus woot woot and the newly rejuvenated Lake Merritt! and you can see this location out of the A and B building windows. Imagine the possibilities...

We could have a movie night, with a possible topic, "Biomanufacturing / Biotechnology as depicted in the Movies.  "
